The Service Quotes are based upon on the information provided by the customer. The final quote will be based on the ACTUAL cubic feet (volume) of your belongings. Any changes made in the list of items and added moving services willl affect the total cost of the move.

Thus, the Total Estimate Quote includeds:

• Loading the truck, driving to the second location, unloading the truck and unwrapping

• Supervised crew, trained and professional.

• Labor time, travel time.

• Disassemble and reassemble.

• Gas, tax, fuel, mileage and tolls.

• Full protection of your furniture with moving pads.

• Basic liability policy of $0.60 per pound per article. For additional coverage contact us two weeks prior to your move date.

• One month free storage if necessary.

Packing services/materials (BOXES, TAPE, BUBBLE, ETC.) are not included. Please note that packing materials will be charged only accordingly to what will be used as requested for your move.

Payment: 50% of the cost is due on the day of the pick-up with cash/US postal money order/personal check/credit card approval only. The remaining balance will be required on the delivery day before unloading with cash only.

Delivery: please allow 0-14days business days for the east coast and 0-21 business days for the mid west and west coast. This time frame begins on your first available date.

Please acknowledge that you have THREE business days prior to your appointment to cancel or reschdule the move. Otherwise there will be a cancellation fee charge of $100.00.
